Legal Secretary – Fixed Term for 12 months Pending Service Review
Are you able to juggle a busy and demanding workload in a calm and efficient manner? Do you have excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employees as well as external partners?
We are looking for a Legal Secretary to support our team of Property Staff within our Corporate Governance, Property & Commercial Legal Team. You will need a pro-active and positive approach to team working and have excellent secretarial, administrative and ICT skills. There will also be the opportunity to undertake additional duties that fall within the responsibilities of the support function.
You must have either substantial recent experience in an administrative/clerical support service or some administrative experience combined with A Levels or NVQ3 or ILEX Secretarial Diploma or equivalent. You will need a high level of experience in word processing, be qualified to RSA II typewriting (or equivalent) and have the ability to audio type.
